Problem solving session for increasing acceptance of psychiatry within and outside the hospital.

Aga Khan University Neuroscience Service Line

Helping 20 psychiatrists, neurologists and neurosurgeons understand an entirely new corporate structure, their changing roles  and addressing their apprehensions. Session ended with the hospital CEO in the ‘hot seat’ answering ‘burning questions’. A follow up session was held a few months later to brainstorm ideas for growing the department.
